How to delete your Peazi account and all associated data.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Peazi account and all data stored on our servers at any time. This includes your profile, alias, avatar, groups, alerts, and location history.

How to Delete

  1. Sign in to your account on the Account page using Google or Facebook.
  2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  3. Click the Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

You can also delete your account from the iOS app: open Settings and tap Delete Account in the Danger Zone section.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  1. Your user account and authentication link
  2. Your profile (alias, trail colour, avatar)
  3. Any groups you own
  4. Your membership in other groups
  5. Any alerts you have created
  6. Your location data from the spatial index
